Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine
The Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is an Airless Surface Cleaning System designed with overhead hooks or hangers that suspend workpieces inside a blasting chamber. Instead of rotating of components are hang individually or in batches and blasted with high-velocity abrasive from multiple centrifugal wheels.
This technology ensures Gentle Yet Effective Cleaning, making it suitable for Large, Irregularly Shaped, or Delicate Components that cannot be processed in tumbling or table systems.

Working Principle
- Workpieces are suspended from hooks or hangers.
- The loaded hanger moves into the blast chamber.

- Hangers rotate or oscillate during blasting, ensuring 360° Coverage.
- After blasting, parts exit via the outfeed side for unloading or downstream processing.
