Working Principle

  1. Pipes are loaded onto diabolo-shaped conveyor rollers.
  2. As the pipe advances, the rollers rotate it while moving it forward.
  3. Multiple blast wheels positioned around the chamber bombard the pipe surface with abrasive.
  4. The rotating motion ensures Complete Circumferential Cleaning.
  5. Pipes exit the chamber fully prepared for coating or welding.
