Sanding Booth

The Spraytac Sanding Booth is an advanced dust extraction and surface preparation system designed to provide a Safe, Clean & Efficient Working Environment for sanding, grinding, polishing, and finishing operations. Industrial sanding produces fine dust and particulates that not only affect product quality but also create serious health risks and hazards for workers. Spraytac Sanding Booths are built to tackle these challenges by combining High-Capacity Suction, Multi-Stage Filtration & Ergonomic Operator Comfort in one integrated unit.

Engineered for use in industries such as Furniture, Automotive, Aerospace, Metal Fabrication & Construction Equipment, these booths ensure that Airborne Dust is Captured at The Source, protecting both workers and the environment.

Application

  • Furniture Manufacturing – Wood sanding, veneer polishing, surface preparation.
  • Automotive Industry – Sanding of panels, bumpers, and refinishing parts.
  • Metal Fabrication – Deburring, grinding, surface finishing.
  • Aerospace Industry – Composite surface sanding and polishing.
  • Construction Materials – Stone, tiles, and gypsum board preparation.
  • General Manufacturing – Plastic, glass, and non-metallic surface sanding.

Working Principle

  1. The operator performs sanding inside the booth.
  2. Dust generated during the process is immediately pulled into the suction vents.
  3. The dust-laden air passes through a Multi-Stage Filtration System.
  4. Fine particulates are captured and clean air is released back into the environment.
  5. Automatic filter cleaning maintains continuous booth efficiency.
