Working Principle
- Preparation – Components or large assemblies are moved into the booth manually or via conveyor systems.
- Air Intake – Fresh air is filtered through multiple stages before entering the booth.
- Paint Application – Operators (or robotic arms) apply coatings with consistent spray patterns.
- Overspray Capture – Airflow directs paint mist into the exhaust filter system or water wash walls.
- Filtration & Exhaust – Overspray particles are trapped, and clean air is released back to the environment.
- Optional Curing – Integrated drying systems or conveyorized ovens cure coatings quickly and efficiently.
