Application

  • Automotive – Body panels, refinishing, and component painting.
  • Furniture & Woodworking – Wooden panels, lacquered furniture, cabinets.
  • Industrial Equipment – Heavy machinery, fabricated steel components.
  • Plastic & Composites – Molded parts, automotive interiors, consumer goods.
  • Aerospace – Precision parts requiring high-quality coatings.

Water Curtain Paint Spray Booth

The Spraytac Water Curtain Paint Spray Booth is a Specialized Finishing System designed for industries where Paint Overspray Control, Operator Safety & Environmental Compliance are top priorities. Unlike dry filter booths, the water curtain system uses a Continuous Sheet of Water that traps paint particles effectively, ensuring a Cleaner Working Environment & Longer Operating Cycles With Minimal Filter Replacements.

This type of booth is particularly valuable in Automotive, Furniture, Metal Fabrication, Plastic Components, Aerospace & Heavy Equipment Industries, where painting is carried out regularly and overspray levels are high.

Specializations & Options

  • Conveyorized Systems – For continuous production lines.
  • Multi-Curtain Booths – Double or triple water curtains for extra-heavy painting.
  • Integrated Drying Sections – Optional ovens for curing post-spray.
  • Explosion-Proof Configurations – For solvent-rich paints.
  • VOC Scrubber Integration – For maximum environmental compliance.

Features:

  • High Overspray Capture – Water curtain ensures superior air quality.
  • Low Maintenance – Fewer consumables compared to dry filter booths.
  • Eco-Friendly – Reduces dust and VOC emissions.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction – Durable, corrosion-resistant water tank.
  • Continuous Operation – 24/7 Operation capability with reliable pumps.
  • Customizable Layouts – Available in single, double, or tunnel-type booths.
  • Safe Operation – Water minimizes fire risks from paint buildup.

Working Principle

  1. Air Intake – Fresh filtered air enters through the intake system.
  2. Paint Application – Operators spray paint on the workpiece, generating overspray.
  3. Water Curtain Action – Overspray particles are immediately trapped by the water curtain wall.
  4. Filtration & Recirculation – Captured particles settle in a water tank; clean water is recirculated back to the curtain.
  5. Exhaust Phase – Mist eliminators filter remaining droplets before releasing clean air into the environment.
