Cartridge Filter Dust Collector
The Cartridge Filter Dust Collector is one of the most advanced and compact dust collection systems available today. It is designed specifically to handle Fine, Dry & Sub-Micron Particulate Matter that is difficult to capture with conventional bag filters. Unlike bag houses, the cartridge collector uses Pleated Filter Cartridges, which provide Three to Four Times More Filtration Area in the same housing space. This not only makes the system more compact but also significantly improves efficiency.
The pleated filters are made from advanced Polyester, Cellulose, PTFE-Coated, or Nano-Fiber Filter Media. These ensure Superior Filtration Efficiency (up to 99.99%), longer filter life, and resistance to abrasion and chemical attack. A highly efficient Pulse-Jet Cleaning System is integrated into the design, which periodically cleans the cartridges using compressed air bursts. This keeps the filters unclogged, ensuring consistent performance even under heavy dust loads.

Working Principle
- Dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet plenum.
- Heavier particles settle into a hopper or bin by gravity.
- Fine particles pass through the pleated cartridge filters, where they are trapped.
- Clean, filtered air is discharged through the exhaust fan or ducting.
- At intervals, the pulse-jet cleaning system sends a burst of compressed air into the cartridges, dislodging the dust cake.
- The collected dust falls into a bin, ready for disposal or recycling.
