Working Principle

  1. Air Intake – Fresh air passes through Pre-Filters & Fine Filters before entering the booth.
  2. Pressurization – The booth maintains Positive Pressure, ensuring no external dust enters.
  3. Paint Application – Operators spray coatings in a highly controlled, contaminant-free space.
  4. Overspray Capture – Downward or cross-draft airflow directs paint mist into exhaust filters.
  5. Final Filtration – Exhaust air is passed through fine or HEPA filters before safe release.
