The Spraytac Sanding Wall is a specialized dust extraction solution designed for Workshops, Production Lines & Finishing Rooms where surface preparation tasks like sanding, buffing, grinding, and polishing generate large volumes of fine dust. Unlike standalone booths or enclosed rooms, the Sanding Wall is a Vertical Dust Collection System that combines a Space-Saving Footprint, High Airflow Suction & Multi-Stage Filtration.

Working Principle

  1. During sanding, dust particles are released into the air near the operator.
  2. The Sanding Wall’s Front Suction Vents immediately capture airborne dust.
  3. Collected air passes through Primary Cartridge Filters where fine particulates are trapped.
  4. Optional HEPA filters capture ultra-fine particles, ensuring clean air is recirculated.
  5. Automatic filter cleaning systems maintain constant efficiency.
