Powder Coating Oven with Conveyor

The Spraytac Powder Coating Oven with Conveyor is an advanced curing system designed for Continuous, High-Volume Powder Coating Operations. Unlike batch ovens, which require manual loading and unloading, conveyorized ovens are fully automated, ensuring a Steady Production Flow, Consistent Curing & Higher Output Efficiency.

This system is especially suited for industries where Large-Scale, Uniform, & High-Quality Finishing is critical—such as Automotive OEMs, Heavy Equipment Manufacturers, Furniture Exporters & Appliance Makers.

Specializations & Options

    • Overhead Conveyor Systems – For automotive, furniture, and heavy equipment.
    • Belt Conveyor Systems – For flat or continuous sheet products.
    • Chain-on-Edge Systems – For smaller, precision components.
    • Multi-Zone Ovens – Pre-heat, cure, and cool in one integrated line.
    • IoT-enabled Smart Ovens – Real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Material Compatibility

  • Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel.
  • Thermosetting powders: Epoxy, Polyester, Hybrid, Polyurethane.
  • Compatible with Heat-Sensitive Coatings through controlled zone heating.

Features:

  • Continuous Curing Process for uninterrupted production.
  • Uniform Temperature Distribution across all zones.
  • Energy-Efficient Insulation & Burners.
  • Customizable Conveyor Designs (overhead, belt, chain-on-edge).
  • PLC/HMI-Based Smart Controls.
  • Explosion-Proof Safety Options.
  • Integration-Ready for robotic spraying and automation lines.
  • Low Maintenance With Easy-Access Panels.
  • Scalable Modular Design for expansion.

Working Principle

  1. Loading – Powder-coated parts are placed on the conveyor (manual or robotic).
  2. Pre-Heating Zone – The oven warms the product surface to eliminate moisture or contaminants.
  3. Curing Zone – Components pass through controlled heating sections where powder melts, flows, and fuses into a smooth finish.
  4. Holding Zone – Ensures the part remains at curing temperature for the required dwell time.
  5. Cooling Zone – Air circulation gradually cools the product before unloading.
  6. Unloading – Fully cured components exit the oven ready for inspection or packaging.
