Powder Coating Baking Oven

The Spraytac Powder Coating Baking Oven is a High-Performance Curing Solution engineered to deliver Consistent, Durable & Flawless Powder-Coated Finishes across a wide range of products. Powder coating is one of the most widely used finishing processes today, but the quality of the finish relies heavily on the curing process. Without precise curing, the coating may peel, chip, or fade prematurely.

Spraytac’s Baking Ovens are designed with Advanced Airflow Systems, Heavy-Duty Insulation & Intelligent Control Systems to guarantee Uniform Heat Distribution, Reduced Curing Times & Maximum Energy Efficiency.

Advantages & Benefits

  1. High-Quality Finish – Flawless curing prevents chipping, peeling, or fading.
  2. Energy Savings – Robust insulation reduces energy wastage.
  3. Durability – Powder-coated parts withstand corrosion, scratches, and UV exposure.
  4. Operational Flexibility – Batch and conveyor options suit every production scale.
  5. Scalability – Easy to upgrade with larger chambers or conveyor systems.
  6. Reduced Downtime – Low maintenance design and easy-to-service components.
  7. Faster ROI – Efficient curing reduces rejects and increases productivity.

Features:

  • Uniform heat distribution across all areas.
  • Modular designs – batch, tunnel, or conveyorized.
  • Double-skinned insulated walls for energy efficiency.
  • Explosion-proof safety features.
  • High-quality fans and blowers for consistent circulation.
  • Digital PLC controls for precision and reliability.
  • Flexible heating sources (electric, gas, diesel).
  • Low operational and maintenance costs.

Material Compatibility

  • Metals: Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc-coated steels.
  • Pre-treated surfaces: Phosphated, anodized, and sandblasted components.

Working Principle

  1. Loading – The powder-coated product is placed into the oven chamber manually or via conveyor.
  2. Pre-Heating – The oven is preheated to the desired curing temperature (typically 160–220°C depending on powder type).
  3. Curing Process – Hot air circulation ensures that the powder particles melt, flow, and fuse into a continuous, uniform film.
  4. Holding Phase – The product remains at curing temperature for a specific dwell time (15–30 minutes depending on coating thickness).
  5. Cooling & Unloading – Once cured, the oven automatically shuts off heating, and the product cools before being removed for inspection.
