Working Principle
- Air Intake – Fresh air is drawn from outside and passed through Primary & Secondary Filters.
- Pressurization – The filtered air is pushed into the booth through ceiling filters, creating a Positive-Pressure Environment.
- Paint Application – Operators apply coatings in a Dust-Free, Well-Illuminated Space. Overspray is immediately captured in the downward airflow.
- Exhaust & Filtration – The contaminated air is eIxtracted via Floor-Level or Sidewall Filters, trapping paint particles and VOCs.
- Optional Heating/Drying – Once painting is complete, Heating Systems Raise Booth Temperature to Accelerate Drying.
- Exhaust Cleaning & Release – Clean, filtered air is released into the environment in compliance with CPCB & OSHA standards.
