Motorised Trolley for Shot Blast Rooms

The Spraytac Motorised Trolley System is a High-Performance Material Handling Solution designed to move heavy and oversized components in and out of Shot Blast Rooms with minimal operator effort. Unlike manual trolleys, the Motorised Trolley integrates Electric or Hydraulic Drive Mechanisms, enabling Smooth, Automated Movement Along Precision Rail Systems.

This system is especially suited for industries dealing with Large, Bulky, or Heavy Workpieces that require consistent handling efficiency.

Specializations & Options

  • Load Capacities – From small 1-ton trolleys to massive 100-ton systems.
  • Track Configurations – Straight, curved, T-shaped, or circular rails.
  • Drive Systems – Electric, hydraulic, or hybrid.
  • Control Systems – Manual push-button, remote, or fully automated.
  • Integration – With blast room automation and shot recovery.
  • Safety Add-ons – Overload detection, brake systems, guided sensors.

Features:

  • Heavy-duty load capacity from 1 ton to 50+ tons.
  • Automated movement with AC motor or hydraulic drive.
  • Variable speed control with smooth acceleration.
  • Rail-guided system for straight or curved tracks.
  • Forged steel wheels with anti-abrasion coatings.
  • PLC/HMI-based automation and remote control.
  • Emergency stop and safety interlocks.
  • Customizable platform with fixtures for different workpieces.

Working Principle

  1. Workpieces are loaded onto the Motorised Trolley outside or at the entrance of the Shot Blast Room.
  2. The operator controls the trolley via Control Panel or Remote to move the workpiece along the rails.
  3. The motorised system ensures Consistent, Effortless Transportation of even the heaviest components.
  4. Once inside the blasting chamber, the trolley can be locked in position for stable blasting.
  5. After blasting, the trolley moves automatically to the unloading area or further processing stations.
