Acoustic Blast Room
The Spraytac Acoustic Blast Room is a specially engineered blasting enclosure designed to deliver Powerful Surface Treatment Performance while simultaneously reducing Noise Levels, Dust Emissions & Operator Fatigue. Unlike standard blast rooms, the Acoustic Blast Room integrates Noise-Absorbing Wall Panels, Vibration Control Systems & Advanced Dust Extraction Technology to provide a Quiet, Safe & Productive Environment.
This system is ideal for industries where Noise Control and Operator Comfort are as critical as surface cleaning and finishing efficiency.
Specializations & Options
- Fully Automated Blast Rooms with robotic blasting arms.
- Custom Entry Systems – Sliding doors, roll-up curtains, or hydraulic lifts.
- Heavy-Duty Trolleys – Manual or motorized for workpiece handling.
- Climate-Controlled Blast Rooms – Temperature & humidity regulation.
- High-Performance Dust Collectors – Cartridge, cyclone, or hybrid.
Features:
- Heavy-duty modular steel structure.
- Acoustic wall panels with NRC > 0.8.
- Soundproofing reduces noise by 25–35 dB.
- Explosion-proof LED lighting.
- Integrated dust extraction system (>99.9% efficiency).
- Abrasion-proof lining for long service life.
- Shot recovery system (screw, bucket elevator, or pneumatic).
- PLC-based monitoring & automation.
- Compliance with OSHA, CE, CPCB, and ISO standards.

Working Principle
- The operator or automated system places workpieces inside the Acoustic Blast Room.
- Abrasive blasting is carried out using pressure or suction blasting equipment.
- Noise generated is absorbed by Soundproof Wall Panels & Vibration Dampers, ensuring a quiet operation.
- Dust-laden air is extracted through high-efficiency dust collectors, keeping the chamber air clean.
- Abrasive media falls to the floor, where it is collected by the Recovery System, cleaned, and recycled.
- Treated workpieces exit with surfaces cleaned, descaled, or prepared for further processes like painting or coating.
