Tumblast (Tumble Type) Shot Blasting Machine
The Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine is a Compact, Highly Productive & Robust Surface Treatment Solution for industries requiring efficient cleaning of bulk materials. The tumbling action not only enhances the blasting effect but also reduces cycle times by ensuring all surfaces are blasted without repositioning.
Its Compact Design requires minimal floor space compared to continuous conveyor systems, yet delivers high throughput. With its Abrasive Recovery & Recycling System, it ensures Lower Operational Costs and reduced wastage. The inclusion of Dust Extraction Units maintains workplace safety and environmental compliance.

Working Principle
- Parts are loaded into the drum (manually, by trolley, or automatically).
- The drum rotates continuously, tumbling the components inside.
- High-speed blast wheels mounted in the chamber propel abrasive media at high velocity onto the rotating load.
- As the drum turns, all sides of each component are exposed to the abrasive stream, ensuring thorough 360° cleaning.
- Used abrasive falls into the recovery system, where it is separated from dust and debris, and then recycled back into the blasting cycle
Specializations:
- High Productivity: Ideal for industries that require cleaning of thousands of parts per shift.
- Uniform Surface Cleaning: Achieves consistency across different shapes and batches.
- Flexible Usage: Capable of handling a wide range of materials and abrasives.
- Cost Efficiency: Reduced abrasive and energy consumption due to recycling and optimized design.
- Custom-Built Solutions: Available in modular designs to fit into existing production setups.
Qa1 q - Durability: Heavy-duty construction ensures reliability in harsh industrial environments.
