Portable Dust Collector

The Pleated Filter Dust Collector is a modern, compact, and highly efficient dust collection system designed for industries where Space Constraints and High-Efficiency Filtration are critical. Instead of traditional cylindrical filter bags, this system uses Pleated Filter Elements (cartridges) made of polyester, cellulose, or nano-fiber-coated materials.

The pleated design increases the available filtration area by up to 3–4 Times Compared to Standard Filter Bags, which means Smaller Housings can handle larger air volumes while maintaining exceptional filtration efficiency. Spraytac Pleated Collectors are equipped with Pulse-Jet Cleaning Systems that keep the filters clean and extend service life.

Working Principle

  1. The unit is positioned near the dust or fume source.
  2. Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector through a suction hood, duct, or arm.
  3. Heavier particles settle into a dust bin or bag.
  4. Fine dust is trapped by filter bags or pleated cartridges.
  5. Clean air is discharged back into the workshop or vented outdoors.
  6. Filters can be cleaned manually or with pulse-jet systems (in advanced models).
