Application

  • Shipbuilding & Marine – Rust and paint removal on ship hulls and decks.
  • Construction & Infrastructure – Bridges, water tanks, pipelines, structural steel.
  • Oil & Gas Industry – Tank internals, offshore platforms, pipelines.
  • General Engineering – Weld seam cleaning, casting preparation, coating removal.

Portable Shot Blasting Machine

The Portable Pneumatic Shot Blasting Machine is a Mobile Surface Preparation Unit that uses Compressed Air to accelerate abrasive media against the workpiece. Unlike airless systems that rely on blast wheels, pneumatic blasting provides Greater Flexibility and can be used in Open Or Confined Locations for on-site surface treatment.
It is compact, transportable, and ideal for Construction Sites, Shipyards, Bridges, Tanks & Field Applications where stationary machines are impractical.

Standard / Customization

  • Tank Capacities: 150 KG – 2,000 KG.
  • Nozzles: Single or multiple.
  • Mobility: Skid-mounted, trolley-mounted, or portable wheel-mounted.
  • Abrasives: Steel shots, garnet, aluminum oxide, glass beads.
  • Customization: Manual and Remote-control operation.

Features:

  • Rugged, portable design for on-site use.
  • Compatible with multiple abrasives.
  • Available in Pressure-Fed models.
  • Operator-friendly controls with safety valves.
  • Suitable for Manual or Semi-Automatic Applications.

Specializations:

  • High versatility in Field Applications.
  • Capable of Spot Blasting & Full-Surface Treatment.
  • Compact design with high portability.
  • Cost-effective and reliable.

Working Principle

  1. Abrasive is stored in a pressurized tank.
  2. Compressed air propels abrasive through a blasting hose and nozzle.
  3. High-velocity stream cleans or roughens the surface.
  4. Spent abrasive is collected (open blasting) or recovered (closed-loop systems).

Material Compatibility

Steel, aluminum, cast iron, concrete, and composites.
