Table Type Shot Blasting Machine

The Table Type Shot Blasting Machine is a Versatile Airless Blasting System designed with a Rotating Turntable to handle medium to large workpieces that cannot be tumbled or suspended. Equipped with High-Efficiency Centrifugal Blast Wheels, this machine ensures Uniform Cleaning & Surface Preparation of flat, round, or irregularly shaped components.

The rotating table exposes all surfaces to the abrasive stream, delivering Consistent Results Without Part Collision, making it suitable for Fragile, Heavy or Geometrically Complex Components.

Working Principle

  1. Components are placed on the Rotating Table inside the blasting chamber.
  2. The table rotates slowly, exposing all surfaces of the workpiece to high-velocity abrasive streams.
  3. Multiple Blast Wheels, arranged strategically, bombard surfaces from different angles.
  4. The abrasive media removes Rust, Scale, Paint & Contaminants, leaving a clean, uniform finish.
  5. After blasting, the abrasive is Recovered, Cleaned & Reused through the reclamation system.
