Working Principle

  1. Workpieces are placed on the Roller Conveyor.
  2. They pass through the Blast Tunnel, where multiple wheels bombard surfaces with high-velocity abrasive.
  3. Wheels placed at Different Angles clean all sides simultaneously.
  4. Parts exit onto the outfeed conveyor, fully cleaned and ready for coating.
  5. Abrasive media is continuously recycled through a Recovery & Cleaning System.
