Working Principle
- Workpieces are placed on the Roller Conveyor.
- They pass through the Blast Tunnel, where multiple wheels bombard surfaces with high-velocity abrasive.
- Wheels placed at Different Angles clean all sides simultaneously.
- Parts exit onto the outfeed conveyor, fully cleaned and ready for coating.
- Abrasive media is continuously recycled through a Recovery & Cleaning System.
