Working Principle

  1. Parts are hung on the Y-shaped hanger.
  2. The loaded hanger enters the blast chamber.
  3. The hanger Rotates and Swings while multiple blast wheels bombard the surfaces with abrasive media.
  4. All surfaces are cleaned uniformly without the need for repositioning.
  5. Parts are unloaded post-blasting for downstream processing.
