Dry Type Paint Spray Booth
The Spraytac Dry Type Paint Spray Booth is a highly reliable and cost-effective solution for industries that demand Clean, Controlled Painting Environments Without The Complexity of Water Wash Systems. Unlike conventional open painting areas, where airborne dust, fumes, and overspray compromise finish quality and operator health, the Dry Type Booth provides a Self-Contained Environment With Specialized Dry Filters that trap paint particles efficiently.
This booth is specifically designed for manufacturers, workshops, and paint shops where Moderate-to-High Volumes of Painting Are Performed Daily, and where reducing maintenance and operational costs is a key priority.
Advantages & Benefits
- Low Operating Cost – No water pumps, no sludge disposal, reduced manpower requirements.
- Easy Maintenance – Filters are easy to replace and require no specialized cleaning.
- Flexibility – Can be customized for any size of product or production volume.
- Environment-Friendly – Dry filtration avoids wastewater contamination.
- Worker Safety – Reduces exposure to harmful paint mists.
- Scalability – Can grow with the customer’s business by adding modules.
Features:
- Filter Technology – Choice of paper, fabric, or cartridge filters depending on paint type.
- Low Maintenance – No water sludge, pumps, or circulation systems required.
- Compact Design – Modular panels fit into small workshops as well as large factories.
- Operator Safety – Overspray is captured efficiently, ensuring clean air in the working area.
- Customization – Can be designed for manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated painting systems.
- Compliance Ready – Meets CPCB air emission guidelines.

Working Principle
- Paint Application – The operator sprays paint on the component inside the booth.
- Airflow Capture – Airflow generated by exhaust fans pulls overspray away from the painting area toward the filter wall.
- Overspray Filtration – Paint mist and overspray particles are captured in the Multi-Stage Dry Filters.
- Clean Air Release – The filtered, contaminant-free air is released into the atmosphere or ducted outside the facility.
- Filter Maintenance – Once the filters reach saturation, they are Replaced or Cleaned depending on the type of media.
