Powder Coating Gun

The Spraytac Powder Coating Gun is a high-performance electrostatic spraying tool designed for Precision Application, Maximum Transfer Efficiency & Superior Coating Quality. It is the frontline equipment in powder coating systems, ensuring that powder particles are uniformly deposited on the surface before curing.

Unlike traditional liquid painting, powder coating requires precise Electrostatic Charging & Spraying Technology to ensure proper adhesion of powder to metal surfaces. Spraytac’s guns combine Ergonomic Design, Advanced Electronics & Lightweight Construction, making them the preferred choice for both manual operators and automated coating lines.

Specializations & Options

  • Manual Guns – For small to medium production.
  • Automatic Guns – For conveyorized systems and robotic arms.
  • Quick Color Change Guns – Reduce downtime during multi-color operations.
  • Pulse Power Options – For improved penetration into recessed areas.

Compliance & Standards

  • ISO 9001:2015 Certified quality design.
  • CE-Certified Electronics & controls.

  • Lightweight ergonomic design for operator comfort.
  • Adjustable voltage and current for versatile powder types.
  • High transfer efficiency (>95%) reduces wastage.
  • Multiple nozzle configurations (flat, round, deflector).
  • Durable construction for long service life.
  • Simple plug-and-play operation.
  • Easy cleaning and quick nozzle replacement.
  • Digital controls with preset spray programs.
  • Compatible with manual and automated systems.

Material Compatibility

  • Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel.
  • Suitable for a wide range of thermosetting powders (epoxy, polyester, hybrid, polyurethane).
  • Compatible with metallic powders and special-effect powders.

Working Principle

  1. Powder is fed into the spray gun through a fluidized hopper or pressurized system.
  2. Inside the gun, the powder particles are Electrostatically Charged by a high-voltage generator.
  3. The charged powder is sprayed through the nozzle towards the grounded workpiece.
  4. The electrostatic attraction causes powder particles to adhere uniformly to the surface.
  5. Excess overspray is collected and recycled through the booth’s recovery system.
  6. The coated part is then moved into a baking oven for curing.
