Sanding Wall
The Spraytac Sanding Wall is a specialized dust extraction solution designed for Workshops, Production Lines & Finishing Rooms where surface preparation tasks like sanding, buffing, grinding, and polishing generate large volumes of fine dust. Unlike standalone booths or enclosed rooms, the Sanding Wall is a Vertical Dust Collection System that combines a Space-Saving Footprint, High Airflow Suction & Multi-Stage Filtration.
Positioned directly against a wall, these systems offer operators Freedom of Movement while maintaining a Powerful Dust Capture Zone.

Working Principle
- During sanding, dust particles are released into the air near the operator.
- The Sanding Wall’s Front Suction Vents immediately capture airborne dust.
- Collected air passes through Primary Cartridge Filters where fine particulates are trapped.
- Optional HEPA filters capture ultra-fine particles, ensuring clean air is recirculated.
- Automatic filter cleaning systems maintain constant efficiency.
